211/LIFE LINE is here for everyone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whenever you need guidance finding basic resources like food, clothing, shelter. They also support people in crisis who are struggling with thoughts of suicide. Their experienced and compassionate tele-counselors are here to listen and to help.
