To celebrate the release, the group was kind enough to gather around the computer and zoom in with Megan Holiday to talk about the making of the new record, their experience seeing younger fans at their shows, and creative growth through sobriety for frontman Chino Moreno.
"Obviously, a lot of people have heard of us, we've been around for a while," says Chino, "but, it's cool to see that our music has sort of been able to transcend these different generations and to us, the music, it harkens back to those periods of life when we wrote them, but when people hear you for the first time now, it's like they create that experience at their age, whatever it is. So it's rad that it's been able to do that."
