Loosening Restrictions on Group Gatherings in Washington

Here's the new restrictions: 

• Phase 1- Only outdoor services with up to 100 people 

• Phase 2 - Hold indoor servides with up to 25% capacity or 200 people

• Phase 3 - Hold indoor services with up to 50% capacity or 400 people
