With Valentine's Day approaching, using a combination of information from IMDB and Google Trends, Comparitech has done the research and identified the most popular romantic comedy in each state!
Both movies and TV shows were up for consideration in the findings, which revealed that overall, "Groundhog Day" is the most popular rom com of the moment.
Specific to Washington, though, is the late '90s' favorite "10 Things I Hate About You," based on Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew" and starring Julia Stiles and the late Heath Ledger.
