It's been over a year since musicians have been able to properly tour, but now that Covid-19 seems to be getting under control, live music has returned....and with it, some jitters about performing for the first time again, even for Jordan Davis, who played his first show "back" last weekend at a festival in Myrtle Beach.
"You know, being back playing that first show, having a full crowd, full band, feeling like it was normal again, it was crazy," the bearded one admits in a statement from his label. "I don't think we knew how much we missed it, and I haven't been that nervous, since gol, I can't tell you the last time I had nerves like that walking on a stage."
But he found his groove after that first song, adding, "It really did feel like we were back."
Jordan Davis will bring his "Buy Dirt" Tour to the Showbox on Tuesday, October 5th.
