Matt's BBQ Sauce Burgers
• Start with 80-20 hamburger meat.
• Mix in 1-2 eggs and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (Be liberal, add lots!)
• Form 6-8 ounce patties from chilled meat.
• Sprinkle Lowry's Seasoning on both sides of the patties.
• Make sure the grill is HOT before you put the burgers on to sear both sides.
• After you do, turn the flame down and cook the middle.
• Never press down on the burger with the spatula and only flip once if you can!
• Add Colby Jack cheese slices when almost done.
• You can also lightly toast the Brioche Buns at this point.
• Do not put the tops of the buns on yet because it messed up the cheese!
• Grill up and enjoy!!!
