If you have never been to Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood at the Snoqualmie Casino, you are missing out! My boyfriend and I went for a Saturday night, date night, and it was the best meal we've ever had.
The first thing you need to know when you go is ask for Henry. He was our waiter and is the BEST!! He made our experience so much fun. He is very knowledgeable about the menu. He was honest with his answers and made us laugh the whole time.
OUR MEAL
We started with the calamari which I highly recommend! It was so good I forgot to grab a picture before we inhaled it.
Another must try is the Caesar salad made at the table. I've never had this experience before. It was fun to personalize our salad. Plus it was delicious!
For the main course, I went with the Imperial Waygu filet mignon. For my side I chose the sweet potato gnocchi. You also get to chose a sauce to go with your steak. I went with foie butter. Although the steak did not need any sauce. It was cooked perfectly and the best I've ever had! We also got a side of fried brussel sprouts to share. They were the perfect amount of sweet, salty and crunchy. Even if you aren't a fan of brussel sprouts, you will enjoy these.
To end the night we shared the biggest piece of chocolate cake I've ever seen. It has 21 layers!!! There was enough for both of us to have seconds the next day.
Snoqualmie Casino has everything you are looking for in a date night. You can gamble (I recommend the Friends slot machine). Then walk a few feet to Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood and enjoy some amazing food. We aren't drinkers but they do have an impressive wine and drink menu. Overall the meal is a little pricey but well worth it!!
