"I just thought the message on this one was so perfect," Young tells Audacy. "I went to every single one of my friends, male, female, whatever, that were married or in a relationship, and they were all just blown away by this song, so I was like, 'OK, we gotta go with this one first, it's just two perfect."
"The creative process for 'Til The Last One Dies' was interesting because, I didn't write this song. It's one of the few on the record that I didn't have a hand in writing. And just really fell in love with it."
"I haven't really done a true wedding-style love song for many, many years, surprisingly. I've had some ballads out there, but not one that has this kind of impact. And I just got in the studio and it just came to life. So it was a really, really easy process once we found this song."
