The Celtics' television broadcast took their shot after the C's 130-108 win over the Lakers Friday night. It was a swish.

In the postgame interview with Dennis Schroder, the NBC Sports Boston crew added a bit of panache and commentary to the get-together with the former Laker.

The reference was made possible due to Schroder's backstory, which included the guard reportedly being bypassed by Los Angeles in favor of Russell Westbrook.

While has been reported that Schroder turned down the Lakers' $84 million offer (which he denies), all that mattered for the Celtics was that he landed in green and white on a one-year, $5.9 million.

And what, of course, allowed the Celtics side of things to punctuate the stroke of good fortune was the end result Friday night. Schroder finished with 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting, while Westbrook managed just 12 points in 31 minutes.
