Aaron Rodgers makes funny Rex Ryan foot-fetish joke while explaining his viral toe picture

By , Audacy Sports

Aaron Rodgers had some fun trolling former Jets head coach Rex Ryan during his weekly interview on 'The Pat McAfee Show.' McAfee asked Rodgers about the viral feet pictures that are circulating across social media, which stems from Rodgers showing off his injured toe in a press conference when trying to explain his injury to the media.

This is when Rodgers made the joke about Ryan and his alleged foot fetish.

“I think Rex Ryan probably enjoyed it,” Rodgers said.

The joke stems from a 2010 story that Ryan allegedly has a foot fetish after his wife Michelle posted a video on the internet. Ryan, who has been a vocal critic of Rodgers' stance on COVID-19 and not wanting to take the vaccine, will almost certainly respond to his comment if given the chance to.

All jokes aside, Rodgers said he wouldn't rule out having surgery on his toe and is confident he wouldn't have to miss anytime because of it.

"We’re hoping to avoid surgery, obviously, but the surgery would be such a minor one it wouldn’t be something that I’d have to miss time with," Rodgers said. "That’s a prereq for any surgery that I have at this point, I’m not going to miss any time. So we’ll kind of reassess early next week and make a decision."

Rodgers jab at Ryan is the second foot-related joke directed at Ryan in the past two weeks, with the first joke coming from current Jets coach Robert Saleh's brother who was defending his younger brother from comments Ryan made about Saleh.

Somethings just never get old.
