Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are preparing their move to South Beach.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and his supermodel wife were spotted at their recently purchased $17 million Miami Beach property over the weekend.

Photos obtained by the New York Post show Brady and Bundchen with a few others walking around their new waterfront property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, which is often referred to as Miami’s “Billionaire Bunker.”

Other notable residents on the island include Ivanka and Jared Trump, Adrianna Lima and billionaires Jeff Soffer and Carl Icahn.

According to an article from the New York Post in December, Brady and Bundchen plan to demolish the current house on the property and build a state-of-the-art eco-friendly dream home.

The lot is approximately two acres with 200 feet of ocean views and the island itself includes amenities such as a private country club, golf course and 30 bayfront homes.

Brady, who recently sold his New York City Tribeca apartment for $36.8 million, spent the beginning of his first season with the Bucs living in Derek Jeter’s Tampa mansion, which the former Yankees shortstop put on the market for $29 million in September.

Brady had to move out, however, and into a new place because he felt he did not have the same privacy that he was used to while playing in New England.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion seems destined to remain in Florida for the long haul as he has made abundantly clear he is tired of the cold weather up north.
