Anyone interested in buying Emmit Smith’s $2.2 million Dallas mansion is getting an added perk thrown in the deal: dinner with the Cowboys legend himself.
According to TMZ Sports, Smith’s listing agent — Arthur Greenstein of Douglas Elliman Texas real estate — said that the Hall of Fame running back is ready to treat the buyer to a private dinner in addition to the house.

The estate was listed this week and it is quite the place.
The 10,806-square-foot mansion was built in 1995 and sits on .93 acres of land; it boasts five bedrooms and five baths with four half-baths.
According to the listing, it has a dining room that seats up to 22 people, a media room that seats at least 11 and an enormous game room to host friends and family.

The master suite also contains its own open sitting area, steam room, jacuzzi bath, his and hers toilets, three closets, multi-jet shower system and barrel vaulted ceilings.
The outside contains a balcony, deck, patio and pool.

All that plus dinner with the legendary owner is a pretty sweet package — if you have the money, of course.
