While Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray may be the signal-caller with a Hail Mary moment named after him, it was the QB on the opposite sidelines that wowed us all in Week 6. "Hail Murray" may have met its match, and its name is "Hail Mayfield."

With just a few seconds remaining after a half of disappointing football, Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield heaved up a miraculous 57-yard touchdown to Donovan Peoples-Jones and gave the Browns fan base something to be excited for before action resumes in the third quarter.

Though it was a 57-yard play, the ball traveled much farther than that. In fact, the 66.4-yard path of the ball through the air, per Next Gen Stats, made it the longest completed pass by air yards since Next Gen Stats was established in 2016.

Many sports figures and personalities, from former cannon-armed QB Robert Griffin III to Barstool Sports host Big Cat, were watching the play unfold in awe and tweeted out their thoughts immediately afterward.

While Mayfield's arm strength may have been the main star of the show, it would also be wrong to ignore the great play made in the end zone by second-year wideout Peoples-Jones. It was the second-longest play of his career, right behind a 75-yard catch-and-run from late in the season last year.
