COVID-19 Restrictions in Cleveland Don't Stop Fans From Fighting in Stands

The reported first NFL stands fight of the season happened during the Browns/Bengals game on Thursday night

The first fan fight of the year is in the books, and it happened in Cleveland.

The maximum amount of fans allowed inside FirstEnergy Stadium on Thursday night to watch the Cleveland Browns beat the Cincinnati Bengals 35-30 was 6,000. Even though this number is nearly 62,000 people below what would fill the stands at a typical Browns game, some fans still managed to get into an altercation.

In a video originally posted by Twitter user Andrew Garson, several officers are seen breaking up a fight in the stands during the game on Thursday.

Even during a pandemic and with only a handful of people in attendance, Browns fans still found a way to get into a fight.
