The NFL is the most popular sport in the United States and continues to grow its brand globally, too, which makes it one of the richest leagues in the world.

The Dallas Cowboys, for instance, have the highest valuation of any North American sports franchise, according to Forbes, at $5.7 billion.

While there are plenty of different factors into determining a franchise’s valuation, part of it is due to the revenue each team brings in annually.

A new report published by Bookies.com projected a list of the richest NFL teams by 2025.

The report gathered data from Forbes, studying each team’s earnings over the past eight years, which includes all revenue streams. They were able to predict revenue information over the next five years, ultimately landing on the following projections:

1. Dallas Cowboys, 2020 revenue: $980 million ; 2025 revenue (projected): $1.3 billion

2. New England Patriots, 2020 revenue: $630 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $810.72 million

3. San Francisco 49ers, 2020 revenue: $530 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $739.64 million

4. New York Giants, 2020 revenue: $547 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $695.8 million

5. Houston Texans, 2020 revenue: $530,000; 2025 revenue (projected): $671.67 million

6. Philadelphia Eagles, 2020 revenue: $509 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $650.43 million

7. Atlanta Falcons, 2020 revenue: $467 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $642.95 million

8. New York Jets, 2020 revenue: $497 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $628.78 million

9. Green Bay Packers, 2020 revenue: $485 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $626.75 million

10. Seattle Seahawks, 2020 revenue: $472 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $610.62 million

11. Washington Football Team, 2020 revenue: $504 million; 2025 revenue (projected): $610.15 million

The Cowboys continue to be the richest team in the NFL and one of the richest in sports.

The data also shows encouraging trends for the Atlanta Falcons, who continue to rise toward the top of the league’s revenue.

Meanwhile, the Las Vegas Raiders round out the bottom of the list, projecting to generate just $483 million by 2025.
