What immediately stands out is the Texans facing the Chiefs and Ravens in back-to-back games to start the season. That's the Texans facing what is expected to be two of the top teams in the AFC, with two of the leagues top quarterbacks in Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson going head-to-head against Deshaun Watson.

Also, get ready to watch the Texans play on Thanksgiving Day, as they visit the Detroit Lions.

Week 1 is certainly going to be a challenge and will drum up some bad recent memories.

Kansas City went on to win the Super Bowl after overcoming a 24-0 second-quarter deficit at home against the Texans in last season's AFC Divisional round.

The Texans beat the Chiefs at Arrowhead during the 2019 regular season, when Patrick Mahomes played through injury.
