Rockets trade for Russell Westbrook

HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) - The Houston Rockets have traded the Oklahoma City Thunder for Russell Westbrook, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets for Chris Paul, first-round picks in 2024 and 2026, pick swaps in 2021 and 2025, league sources tell ESPN.

The Rockets send guard Chris Paul, their first-round picks in 2024 and 2026, and pick swaps in 2021 and 2025, according to sources.

OKC general manager, Sam Presti, has acquired eight additional first-round draft picks with deals trading Paul George to the Los Angeles Clippers, Jerami Grant to the Denver Nuggets, and Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets.
