HOUSTON (SPORTSRADIO 610) – With an opportunity to establish themselves as a legitimate Super Bowl contender and one of the top offenses in the NFL, the Texans offense struggled instead.
“It was terrible. You guys are going to report it that way, and that’s the way it was, it wasn’t very good,” Texans’ head coach Bill O’Brien said following the 41-7 loss to Baltimore.
The Texans’ offense produced just 232 yards of offense while their score came midway through the fourth quarter, when the Ravens already had control of the game.
“They executed better than we did, they did a really good job," O'Brien added. "Not too much that they showed that they hadn’t shown, they just executed their plan better than we coached and executed our plan."
Deshaun Watson was sacked seven times as he went just 18-of-29 for 169 yards and was picked off once and lost a fumble.
