They account for about 47 percent of the Raiders' receiving yards and 44 percent of their receptions this season.
Darren Waller and Foster Moreau rank No. 1 and No. 2 in the league in reception percentage (88 percent and 85.7 percent, respectively).
It's the only tight end duo to rank in the top 10.
"They've got several good ones, but 83 (Darren Waller), he's big, he's fast, he can catch," Texans defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel said after Thursday's practice."He causes you problems if you're trying to match up with him and he does a good job. He really does. I like what I see from him. Then their other guys, they play them all, and all of them make contributions, but 83 is a little – he’s got just a touch more ability."
The Texans will have their hands full with the tight ends in both the pass and run game, as they are considered to be good blockers as well.
Houston has an improved run defense, which will also be tested by rookie Raiders running back Josh Jacobs, whose put together back-to-back 100-yard rushing performances.
"We've improved in the run defense. But we get tested every week and each week is a different week," Crennel said. "We've got a good challenge this week and we're going to have to do a good job."
