Cornerback Johnathan Joseph is expected to return to the field for the Houston Texans when they face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, according to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Joseph missed last week's game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a hamstring injury. In the third quarter of that game, the other starting cornerback Bradley Roby also went down with a hamstring injury and is not expected to return until after the bye week in Week 10.
The Texans are in Indianapolis for their second straight road game against an AFC team that made the playoffs last season and holds a winning record in 2019.
Aside from Joseph, the Texans have rookie Lonnie Johnson Jr., Phillip Gaines and Keion Crossen at cornerback.
