During the first hour of The Outdoors Show we begin with Captain Mickey reporting on the heavy weather, rough conditions and tide predictions.
Then we go to Sabine Lake and talk with Bill Watkins who's been testing out his new hot rod lately. He and Mickey talk about the difficulties of fishing in bad weather. Bill shares a story about fishing in 50mph winds on the lake while catching big trout.
Next we talk with Richard Tatsch. Richard tells a story of some crazy lightining and a pilot who's up in the clouds dodging lightning. He and Mickey exchange hunting stories, talking in the deer stand, and smoking Coyotes. Snakes in the chicken house, and dogs sucking duck blood.
