During the first hour of The Outdoors Show we begin with Captain Mickey's weather report and tide predictions. Then we head on down to the Tri Bay area and talk get a report from Captain Glenn Hammond. They talk the rough ocean yesterday, but the conditions are very calm right now, catching some trout, flounder and a nice 30in Red, tons of baby mosquitoes in the ice tea looking water, and really enjoyed throwing soft plastics this week.
Next we talk with Bob Green in Fayette County. Been looking for Shad lately, fishing mostly in 14-16ft, great day to be on the water yesterday, very light wind with smoke stacks going straight up. He and Captain Mickey talk one-armed bandits, schooling bass and if they will ever come back?
Captain Tommy Alexander joins the show next and he talks the nasty weather yesterday, the weather heating up down on the coast with a light West wind. Not being able to fish the past few days with over 10in of rain, but before the rain lots of good fishing! Throwing a multitude of baits each having success!
Then we get a fired up Blaine Friermood who's buddy's boat caught fire this morning! He and Captain Mickey talk the boat being on fire, and the aftermath! "It's totaled, power poles and all!"
