Captain Mickey

During the first hour of the Outdoors Show we begin with Captain Mickey's weather report and tide predictions then get with Glenn Hammond who talks the tides being super low this past week, catching fish every cast this week, working multiple bays on a single man trip, breaking power poles, catching fish until they were green, finally some good news down in the Tri Bay Area!

Tommy Alexander down on Matagorda talks the weather finally calming down by Wednesday after the wind and rainfall Monday and Tuesday. Water temperature dropping encouraging the fish to eat, 76-degree water and its almost July! Boats not paying attention is really scary.

Kirk Stansel coming off a great day yesterday in the marsh, couldn't go past 12:30pm due to the heat, caught over 30, lots of "micro-trout" which is good for the future, mostly a live bait bite unless you find some clear green water, birds going berserk, setting hooks on giraffes, the marshes look incredible for ducks, and we talk a little Astros baseball to finish out the hour!
