Captain Mickey

During the first hour of The Outdoors Show we begin with Captain Mickey's weather report and tide predictions, then we talk wtih Captain Bill Watkins who's dealing with a "Goulash Factor," had a great trip this week, been fishing mostly shoreline and ditches, the flounder has seemed to avoid him, bay water temperatures dropping into the 60's, throwing on a new lele, fish are fat and healthy, marsh trout colors and distinctive features, and will take his grandson hunting this afternoon! Captain Richard Tatsch says there's a definite difference in the water temperature when dealing with the catfish, not getting much rain from this week's weather, fish starting to feed a bit better, ready for the crappie to pick up. And Captain Charlie Paradowski says he's tired from the Astros game last night, but ready to fight the elements today, loosing your anchor due to wind, walking with waders on in 40mph winds, and being raw for days.
