During the first hour of The Outdoors Show we start with Captain Mickey's weather report and tide predictions, then we head down South and talk with Captain Bill Watkins. He and Mickey discuss eating plenty of Thanksgiving leftovers, water clarity in the bays and ship channel, trout scattered around the lake in deeper water, staying out of the marshes for the duck hunters, chemical plant explosions, and they discuss how the Sabine Lake ecosystem is doing relative to the fish population and the lake as a whole. Captain Richard Tatsch talks fishing a charity tournament this morning, a slight south wind on Lake Conroe at the moment, the hybrids not biting yesterday morning, but some good blue cats are biting, differences between Texas and Arkansas deer hunting, protocol, and CWD.  Captain Charlie Paradowski talks catching fish for four days and in four different ways, the cold front on its way, East Bay was empty yesterday, water looking good, and the mullet are disappearing!
