During the first hour of the Outdoors Show we begin with Captain Mickey's weather report and tide prediction. Then we talk with Bill Watkins who says no body want's to go fishing, it's too close to Christmas, and hasn't been seeing any deer, thinks the flounder run is about to wind down, some flounder sticking around, but might be difficult catching one with the length minimum. Finding the fresh water and going below it when fishing for speckled trout, fish staying near deep water access and food source. Throwing old corkys, if they want it they'll come get it, trout hitting baits so hard it startles you, catching a monster on a backlash, pot licking at its finest!
Captain Richard Tatsch talks cutting off stumps in the lake, boats vs nature, getting ready to head over to Rayburn, THE SACK, getting a new prop!
Captain Charlie Paradowski talks trying to get on the red fish if the trout don't pan out, weather turning around so quickly, where has the year gone, good time of year to be a river rat!
