Cliff Webb: Beaches and areas shut down, watch out for snakes and don't walk on the sand dunes, been a little crazy down here, folks getting their trucks and trailers towed away from private ramps, not a single motel or hotel available, bird island is shut down, thinking of all the fish swimming on monday, less trash on the beach, like you got a new basketball and they locked the gym doors, the new 13 fishing reels, jerk a tear from a glass eye, folks catching 10+ pound trout but not being entered in the STAR!
Tex Bonin: Fishing has been great and the boat is running well, ran 6 days straight this week, getting caught back up on trips, headed to the deer lease this morning, the owner of the marina is directing traffic, checking out a new deer stand today, gonna barbeque tomorrow, saluting his fellow veterans, big ice chests full of bream and catfish, scraping it out!
