8 Astros listed as Baseball America's Top 100 players

The Astros may not be the World Series favorite, but they still have some impressive talent.

Don't rule them out as a contender. In the American League, only the New York Yankees have better odds to make the World Series.

Baseball America puts out a top 100 player list before every season and the Astros have eight of them: Yordan Alvarez (13th), Framber Valdez (44th), Christian Walker (69th), , Jose Altuve (74th), Isaac Paredes (76th), Yainer Diaz (85th), Hunter Brown (94th) and Jeremy Peña (98th).

That's tied with the Los Angeles Dodgers for the second-most players on the list for any team going into this season. Only the Atlanta Braves have more.
