Second baseman Jose Altuve only trails the Blue Jays' Marcus Semien in American League All-Star voting with 20 percent of the votes.
First baseman Yuli Gurriel (8 percent) is third behind the Blue Jays' Vladmir Guerrero (51 percent) and Jose Abreu of the Chicago White Sox (9 percent).
Alex Bregman (12 percent) trails Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers (28 percent) and White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada (13 percent).
Correa (10 percent) narrowly trails White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson (11 percent) for the third spot among AL shortstops behind Boston's Xander Bogaerts (31 percent) and Toronto's Bo Bichette (15 percent).
In addition to the infielders, Yordan Alvarez (9 percent) is third among AL designated hitters, trailing only the Angels' Shohei Ohtani (33 percent) and Boston's J.D. Martinez (18 percent).
