(SportsRadio 610) -- Astros left-hander Blake Taylor is back after more than a month on the injured list with a severely sprained right ankle.

The team activated Taylor, along with starting right-handed pitcher Jose Urquidy, from the injured list ahead of Monday's game against the Boston Red Sox.

Relievers Andre Scrubb and Ralph Garza Jr. were optioned to Triple A Sugar Land as corresponding roster moves.

Taylor's return should help a struggling Astros bullpen.
