HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Astros pitching coach Brent Strom was ejected just two batters into Wednesday night's game against the Baltimore Orioles at Minute Maid Park.

Strom apparently grew impatient early with home plate umpire C.B. Bucknor's small strike zone. It led to Astros starter Luis Garcia walking the first two Orioles batters of the game and the inning unraveled into a 4-0 deficit for Houston.

After Trey Mancini walked, Strom took a mount visit to Garcia. As Bucknor tried to break it up, a brief exchange with Strom resulted in an early hook for the pitching coach.

The Astros are trying to rally in the fourth after an RBI single by Yordan Alvarez scored Michael Brantley, cutting Baltimore's lead to 4-1.
