(SportsRadio 610) - The Houston Astros have released their Opening Day lineup for Thursday night against the Los Angeles Angels' reigning American League MVP Shohei Ohtani.

Predictably, it is a right-left mix with Jose Altuve leading off. The order is very similar to last year's, but notably, Yordan Alvarez is in left field while Michael Brantley is the designated hitter.

Also, there was a question about who would be the Astros' center fielder with Jake Meyers still injured and Chas McCormick not having a great spring training. But manager Dusty Baker is going with McCormick in center to start the season.
