(SportsRadio 610) -- Not only did the Astros save their season with a 4-2 win in Game 4 of the ALCS against the Tampa Bay Rays, but a couple of the star players are chasing history.
With Jose Altuve hitting his third first-inning home run of the series, and George Springer adding a two-run shot in the fifth inning, both are tied for fifth all-time in postseason home runs (18).
Altuve and Springer join Mickey Mantle and Reggie Jackson.
For all of the attention to Altuve's throwing errors in Games 2 and 3, he deserves some credit for these at-bats.
With Springer, each game remaining in this series could be his last. So it's quite the way to finish out his Astros career, if indeed that's the case.
