(SportsRadio 610) -- The Rockets will pick consecutively late in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft.
Tiebreakers announced Tuesday placed two of the Rockets' three first-round picks at 23rd and 24th, respectively.
The June 22 lottery will determine whether the Rockets, who finished with the NBA's worst record (17-55), will get the No. 1 overall pick.
Houston, along with the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic, holds a 52.1 percent chance of remaining in the top four and a 14 percent chance of landing the top pick.
The Rockets missed out in their pick attained from the Portland Trail Blazers in the Robert Covington trade. The Blazers lost their tiebreaker to the Dallas Mavericks, who placed 21st. That pick belongs to the Knicks from the Kristaps Porziņģis trade.
The draft is scheduled for July 29.
