Rockets win fourth straight with blowout against Lakers

(SportsRadio 610) - The Houston Rockets dominated the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night, winning their fourth straight game to improve the overall record to 4-3 on the season.

It was all Houston from start to finish in this one, as the Lakers played without one of their top two players in Anthony Davis. The Rockets outscored the Lakers in every quarter, led by a dazzling performance from Jalen Green, who put up 28 points on 11-of-15 shooting.

Alperen Sengun had 19 points on 8-of-10 shooting. Green and Sengun had seven rebounds apiece. Jae'Sean Tate added 14 points off the bench. Jabari Smith Jr. chipped in 12 points.

Tari Eason, making his season debut after missing the first six games with a left lower leg stress reaction, put up a team-high nine rebounds off the bench.

After losing their first three games of the season, the Rockets have rattled off four straight against the Charlotte Hornets, Sacramento Kings (twice) and the Lakers. They are currently sixth in the Western Conference with the New Orleans Pelicans coming to town for Houston's first in-season tournament game Friday.
