Texans beat Steelers 30-6, advance to AFC Divisional Round at Patriots

The Texans are advancing.

Like several other games this season, this wasn't a pretty a game for Houston. The Texans turned it over three times and missed several opportunities at explosive plays.

But their defense was as good as advertised, coming up with a game-changing score in the fourth quarter before Woody Marks and a Calen Bullock pick-six added the exclamation point late against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Texans beat the Steelers 30-6 and advance to the divisional round for a third consecutive season. They will travel to face the No. 2 New England Patriots, who eliminated the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night.

The win also marks the Texans' first road playoff victory in franchise history. The six points by the Steelers is the lowest offensive output in Aaron Rodgers' 22 career playoff games. Whether he plays again remains to be seen.

As for the Texans, they'll play Sunday in Foxborough.
