HOUSTON (Sports Radio 610) - Former Houston Texans standout wide receiver Will Fuller found his new NFL home on Thursday afternoon, signing a 1-year deal with the Miami Dolphins.
The deal, which was first reported by NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport, is expected to earn the speedy wideout north of $10 million and carry significant incentives.
Fuller spent five years with the Texans, seeing immense production during his time on the field. Fullers main issue, however, was staying healthy, with the 25-year old playing just 53 of a possible 80 games due to various injuries.
One of the top deep threats in all of the NFL, Fuller hauled in 209 receptions on 333 targets, for 3,110 yards and 24 touchdowns, and averaged nearly 15 yards per catch.
Last season as the Texans' No. 1 option, Fuller had his best season by far, catching 53 passes for 879 yards and eight scores, while averaging 16.6 yards per catch. He also finished the with the second best catch-percent of his career at 70.7 percent.
Fuller now heads to a Dolphins team that is quickly on the rise, after finishing 10-6 and making the playoffs for the first time since the 2016 season
