Texans host Chargers in AFC Playoffs Wild Card Round

The Texans will host the Los Angeles Chargers in the wild card round of the AFC playoffs on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

It has become a bit of a tradition for the Texans to host Saturday playoff games in that specific time slot, as they've done so every time they appeared in the postseason.

The Texans had been locked into the No. 4 seed as the AFC South champions for a while, but their opponent was determined when the Chargers (11-6) beat the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

While the Texans (10-7) are the higher seed, they have the lesser record and are early 2.5-point underdogs against Los Angeles, led by quarterback Justin Herbert and new head coach Jim Harbaugh.
