NRG Stadium roof to be open for first time in six years when Texans host Patriots

HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- NRG Stadium's roof will be open during a Texans game for the first time in six years when they host the New England Patriots on Sunday.

The Texans are also honoring U.S. military servicemembers in "Salute to Service" Day. The team will wear their color rush uniforms.

NRG's roof has not been open for a Texans game since Nov. 30, 2014, when they dominated the Tennessee Titans 45-21 in Week 13. The Texans are 5-1 when the roof is open and they wear color rush uniforms.
