Houston Texans
The Texans' kept receipts from all the disrespect. Let's review them
There was a lot of disrespect sent toward the Texans' ahead of their wild-card victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday.
Not only were they three-point underdogs as division champions at home, but ESPN analyst and former NFL head coach Rex Ryan took it a step further by suggesting the Chargers effectively had a bye week in facing the Texans in the wild-card round.
Ryan thought it would be an automatic loss for Houston. But we all know how that story unfolded. The Texans trounced the Chargers 32-12, Ryan issued an apology on ESPN, and on to Kansas City.
Not so fast, though. The Texans kept the receipts. Seth Payne and Sean Pendergast go over them here before we finally turn the page.
