HOUSTON (Sports Radio 610) - Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson's relationship with yet another major company was terminated on Wednesday, when Houston-based energy provider Reliant Energy parted ways with the embattled star.

This marks the third major brand to drop Watson in mere hours, after Nike and Beats by Dre both ended their sponsorships on Wednesday morning.

Reliant released a statement on their decision to not renew their contract with Watson, citing the allegations as the obvious reasons.

"Reliant is aware of pending civil lawsuits and a criminal investigation involving Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans quarterback," Reliant released in a statement. "Our relationship with Watson as a brand ambassador was scheduled to end this spring prior to these allegations, and there are no plans for future engagements or contracts with him. We take accusations of this nature very seriously. With respect to the legal process, we don't have any further comment on this matter."

H-E-B also acknowledged Wednesday it would no longer be continuing its relationship with Watson.
