HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Two key players for the Texans are expected to return Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars after battling injuries.
Cornerback Bradley Roby, who left early in the Texans' last game against the Packers with a knee injury, practiced earlier this week and is expected to play Sunday, interim head coach Romeo Crennel said.
Tight end Jordan Akins, who entered the concussion protocol and also injured his ankle in the Texans' Oct. 4 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, is also expected to make his return to the field after missing two games.
Crennel Akins' ankle is better and he's through the league's concussion protocol.
"They're both good to go and I expect them both to play," Crennel said.
