HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Texans cornerback Bradley Roby is expected back with the team after missing Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to disciplinary reasons.
Roby was held back from the team flight to Florida over the weekend, for what interim head coach Romeo Crennel called "a personal deal."
Roby had practiced with the team Friday after suffering a knee injury against the Green Bay Packers. He was expected to play until it was announced he would not travel with the team.
Crennel said Monday he expects Roby back in the building this week, and they will see what the game plan says.
"Roby is a good cover guy for us," Crennel said. "I think that he's been able to hold up against the opposing team's better receivers so far this year. So to have him back and be able to do that, I think expands our game plan opportunities on defense."
Until Sunday, Roby held the Texans' lone interception on the season, a pick against Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill on Oct. 18.
Vernon Hargreaves intercepted a pass by Jaguars rookie Jake Luton in the third quarter of Sunday's game.
