HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) - Texans cornerback and return specialist Desmond King II is a healthy scratch Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.
The team announced earlier in the day King would be among their inactive players.
King has played slot corner, outside corner and became the Texans' primary return specialist after they released Andre Roberts.
Also among the Texans' inactive players: TE Pharaoh Brown, WR Davion Davis, DL Jaleel Johnson, DB Jimmy Moreland, DB Cre'von LeBlanc and QB Deshaun Watson.
Brown's inactive status also means the Texans activated rookie tight end Brevin Jordan for the first time. Jordan was selected by Houston in the fifth round of this year's draft.
