The Texans will play at least six nationally televised games as part of the NFL schedule released Monday night.
Their first nationally televised game is hosting the Chicago Bears week two after opening the season on the road against the AFC South rival Indianapolis Colts.
In week nine, the Texans travel to face the New York Jets for a Halloween version of Thursday Night Football. They get another Sunday night game the following week against the Detroit Lions, then a Monday Night Football game in week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Notably, the Texans visit the Kansas City Chiefs in week 16 before a four-day turnaround to host the Baltimore Ravens. They play the Chiefs on Saturday, Dec. 21, which will air on NBC, then the Ravens for Christmas Day on Netflix.
