HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Texans left tackle Laremy Tunsil missed his fourth straight practice Monday with an illness.

Tunsil's illness is not COVID-19 related, but it has held him out of practice since last Wednesday, according to the Texans' injury report.

Tunsil was also held out of Sunday's game against the New England Patriots, which the Texans won 27-20.

Roderick Johnson played in Tunsil's place.

Wide receiver Randall Cobb was also held from practice with a toe injury suffered in Sunday's game. The injury is believed to be serious and he's likely headed for the injured-reserve, which would keep him out for at least three weeks.

Keke Coutee played in Cobb's place and caught a touchdown pass Sunday.

Backup quarterback Josh McCown, who's been inactive in the two weeks he's been with the team, did not practice Monday with an illness not related to COVID-19.

Nose tackle P.J. Hall missed practice with what's listed as knee and shoulder injuries. It had been reported Hall is done for the season after suffering a torn pectoral muscle against Patriots.

Fullback Cullen Gillaspia missed practice with a back injury.

Punter Bryan Anger (right quadricep), offensive lineman Senio Kelemete (concussion) and wide receiver Kenny Stills (quadricep) were limited in practice Monday.

For the Detroit Lions, who the Texans visit on Thanksgiving Day, five players missed practice. Running back D'Andre Swift (concussion); wide receiver Danny Amendola (hip); defensive lineman Da'Shawn Hand (groin); and cornerbacks Jeff Okudah (shoulder) and Mike Ford (concussion) were all held from Lions practice Monday.
