Tytus Howard returned to Texans practice Tuesday and the big man will be pivotal to Houston's running game in 2024.
Howard signed a lucrative extension ahead of the 2023 season, but did not play a single snap at his natural position right tackle. Instead, injuries forced the Texans to shuffle the line around and Howard played exclusively at left guard.
It did not go so well. But this year is expected to be different, as long as Howard himself can stay healthy.
On The Drive with Stoerner and Hughley, they talked about how important his presence will be for Houston to improve its run game.
