(SportsRadio 610) -- There is no Deshaun Watson trade scenario that is better than the Texans actually keeping and continuing to build around their franchise quarterback.
But if the relationship cannot be fixed, and Watson is said to be dug into his stance on never playing for the Texans again, there is no better market than this one.
I laid out the case for that Tuesday morning.
But what about the worst-case scenario?
That, too, actually involves Watson returning. Sitting out the season probably would not impact Watson's trade value one way or another, aside from allowing the robust market to pass.
The possibilities presented by playing, though, include taking a step back in production (very possible on a bad team, which the Texans will be), or heaven forbid, Watson gets injured.
