AFC South: Eric Fisher joins Colts, Tim Tebow makes NFL comeback as Jaguars tight end

(SportsRadio 610) -- There were a couple of big moves in the AFC South on Monday.

The Indianapolis Colts are signing two-time Pro Bowl left tackle Eric Fisher to protect their new quarterback Carson Wentz. The deal is reportedly for one year, $9.4 million.

Fisher, a former No. 1 overall pick for the Kansas City Chiefs, is recovering from a torn Achilles and might not be ready to play for the Colts until early October, according to the NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport

In Jacksonville, Urban Meyer is getting the band back together by signing his former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow to a one-year deal to play tight end, despite having never played the position and missing from the NFL for nearly a decade.

Listen to Payne and Pendergast discuss that, plus they react to Monday night's Astros loss to the Angels; and break down seven teams that would become instant contenders if they land Aaron Rodgers.
