We're highlighting small businesses in the Houston area that have been impacted by all of the challenges presented by the last year.
Here's the story of Triumph Aquatics in Webster, fighting to stay open during the pandemic in continuing to provide aquatic services related to water polo and water safety classes. Their mission is to help the youth in our community fully accomplish all of their athletic goals. Their next 14 and under water polo camp is coming up this April, for those interested.
Triumph Aquatics teaches youth the basics of aquatics, focusing mainly in water polo, and have aided in three local athletes receiving NCAA scholarships.
Last March, Triumph Aquatics' location was shut down due to the public school system closing their pools to the public. They're in need of a more steady location with available pool time.
Furthermore, they had damage done to their equipment during the winter storm and could use some assistance from a welder who could fix their water polo goal.
